Corporate Executive Outsource, Inc., (d.b.a. C.E.O.), began providing quality transcription services, particularly transcription of recorded statements, for large insurance companies across the nation in 1996.  Focusing on one particular area of business has enabled CEO to understand and know what our clients needs are, and to become quite proficient; utilizing the most current technologies and computer-based media to provide our clients with the highest level of accuracy and service.  Most insurance companies staff a word processing department or have an administrative or clerical staff to handle the volume of letters, recorded statements and general correspondence that is produced in this environment.  While these word processing departments or administrative staffs get the work done, the changes in work load, which is constant in this business, impose a tremendous amount of cost in supporting an in-house service.
